Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Trip Fetch ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Trip Fetch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for active Delta Air Lines flight attendants who are authorized to access Delta's crew scheduling portals. By using Trip Fetch you represent that you are an authorized Delta employee.

3. Description of Service

Trip Fetch monitors Delta's Open Time and Swapboard portals on your behalf and sends you SMS and/or email notifications when rotations matching your saved preferences become available. The Service does not pick up, trade, or modify any rotations — it only alerts you of availability.

4. Delta Credentials

To use the Service you must provide your Delta employee credentials. By doing so you authorize Trip Fetch to use those credentials solely to log into Delta's scheduling portals to check for rotation availability on your behalf.

Your credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. Trip Fetch will never share, sell, or use your credentials for any purpose other than monitoring your portals.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated monitoring tools complies with Delta's policies. Trip Fetch makes no representation that such use is permitted by Delta.

5. Subscription and Billing

Trip Fetch is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99 per month. All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Trip Fetch never stores your full card details.

6. No Guarantee of Rotation Availability

Trip Fetch monitors portals as frequently as technically practical but cannot guarantee real-time detection of every rotation. Rotations may be taken by other crew members between the time they are detected and the time you act on an alert. Trip Fetch is not liable for missed opportunities.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with other users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that violates Delta's terms of employment or system policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Fetch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to employment consequences related to your use of automated scheduling tools.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
